This inviting cabin features two bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cabin boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, with the master bath offering a Jacuzzi tub for two, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping arrangements for guests. The interiors of the cabin are adorned with knotty pine, creating a warm and rustic ambiance that perfectly complements the natural surroundings.

One of the highlights of this cabin is its private deck, which offers breathtaking views of Lake Texoma. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply relax and take in the stunning sunsets that the area is known for.

The cabin's prime location offers easy access to the lake, making it convenient for guests to indulge in activities such as fishing and canoeing (please note that canoes are not provided). Whether you are an avid angler or simply looking to explore the lake, this cabin serves as an excellent base for your adventures.

This cabin is ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful retreat. Plus, Cabin #18 is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the vacation with you.

Maximum of 6 guests are allowed, including children.

Cancellations

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 8+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 booking fee ($26.50 including tax) per unit.
  • 7 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the cost of one-night’s stay. 

OFF-SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48+ hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 booking fee ($26.50 including tax) per unit.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged the amount of one-night’s stay per unit.

HOLIDAYS AND EXTENDED STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS OR MORE:

  • 15+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will be charged a $106.00 booking fee, with the remainder of the deposit refunded.
  • 14 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date will be charged for one night’s stay.

Additional Policies:

  • Same-Day Cancellations: There are no refunds for cancellations made on the same day of arrival.
  • Reservation Changes: Any changes, including date changes, reduction of nights, or downsizing, may result in a non-refundable booking fee.
     
  • No-Shows: No-shows are entirely non-refundable.
     
  • Early Departure: No refunds are given for early departures. Changes must be made within the same time periods of the cancellation policy.
     
  • Weather: Weather conditions are both uncontrollable and unpredictable; therefore, unsatisfactory weather conditions will not result in refunds or be considered justification for cancellations.
     
  • Pet Policy: No pets are allowed except in our Sunset Village Two Bedroom #18  and Sunset Village Two Bedroom Plus Loft #13 only.
