This house features a large king-sized bed in the master bedroom with a coffee area, a queen-size bed in guest room and a queen over queen bunk bed and full-size trundle bed in the second guest room. The living room has a queen-size murphy bed and a queen-size pull-out couch.

Guests can enjoy a private, covered slip for your boat with a large deck area to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book on the porch while watching our beautiful sunsets over-looking the lake.

Cancellations

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:

8+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 booking fee ($26.50 including tax) per unit.
7 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the cost of one-night’s stay.

OFF-SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:

48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48+ hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 booking fee ($26.50 including tax) per unit.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged the amount of one-night’s stay per unit.

HOLIDAYS AND EXTENDED STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS OR MORE:

15+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will be charged a $106.00 booking fee, with the remainder of the deposit refunded.
14 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date will be charged for one night’s stay.

Additional Policies:

Same-Day Cancellations: There are no refunds for cancellations made on the same day of arrival.

Reservation Changes: Any changes, including date changes, reduction of nights, or downsizing, may result in a non-refundable booking fee.
No-Shows: No-shows are entirely non-refundable.
Early Departure: No refunds are given for early departures. Changes must be made within the same time periods of the cancellation policy.
Weather: Weather conditions are both uncontrollable and unpredictable; therefore, unsatisfactory weather conditions will not result in refunds or be considered justification for cancellations.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed except in our Sunset Village Two Bedroom #18 and Sunset Village Two Bedroom Plus Loft #13 only.
